Training and Education
There are numerous opportunities to receive advanced training in applied hearing research at one of our cooperating institutes in Oldenburg.
At the University of Oldenburg (Universität Oldenburg), there are study opportunities to become a physicist or a medical physicist (audiology) at the Department for Medical Physics (Medizinische Physik).
At the University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven), a Bachleor in Hearing Technology and Audiology (Hörtechnik und Audiologie; H&A) is offered. After this receiving this degree, it is possible to transfer to the university for a Master's or Doctor's degree.
The HörTech Center of Competence (Kompetenzzentrum HörTech) offers a vast advanced training program for diverse institutions.
The State Education Center for the Hearing Impaired in Oldenburg (Landesbildungszentrum für Hörgeschädigte Oldenburg) offers comprehensive education and guidance for hearing impaired children.
