Hearing Aid Consulting Service
The Hörzentrum offers a non-commercial consulting service for people wishing to purchase a hearing instrument.
Our hearing aid acousticians will be happy to answer your questions and to show you different devices appropriate for your condition. If you wish, you may test an instrument at home. You may also have your current hearing instrument adjusted by our staff.
After consultation, you will receive a report with all important information. This will be of great assistance when you order a hearing device or have your current one adjusted at your local distributor.
Our institution does not sell hearing instruments. Our goal is to guarantee impartial consultation. We do not have the authorization to charge health insurance companies for our services, so we must charge you directly for your visit.
Currently, our fees amount to € 60 per hour and € 15 for a one-time administration fee.
