By car:
Autobahn A28 from Bremen:
Exit Oldenburg/Haarentor.
Autobahn A29 from Osnabrück:
Drive to the interchange Oldenburg-Ost, continue on A28 to Emden/Leer, then take the exit Oldenburg/Haarentor.
Autobahn A29 from Wilhelmshaven:
Drive to the interchange Oldenburg-Nord, continue on A293 to
Emden/Leer and switch to A28 towards Bremen at the interchange Oldenburg-West, then take exit Oldenburg/Haarentor.
After exiting Oldenburg/Haarentor: Drive towards the university ("Universität") on
Ofener Str. / Ammerländer Heerstr. Pass the university and continue underneath the motorway bridge. At the next traffic light after the bridge, you will see a large pink building ("Bruno Kleine") diagonally to your left. Turn left onto the street directly before this building and you will be on Küpkersweg. Then turn right onto the next street, Marie-Curie-Str. The Haus des Hörens, Marie-Curie-Str.
2 is the first house on the corner right side.
Autobahn A28 from Emden/Leer:
Exit Oldenburg/Wechloy.
After exiting Oldenburg/Wechloy:
Drive towards "Zentrum / Universität" on Ammerländer Heerstr. You will reach a traffic light with a large pink building to your right side ("Bruno Kleine"). Turn right at this light and you will be on Küpkersweg. Take a right at the next street, Marie-Curie-Str. The Haus des Hörens, Marie-Curie-Str. 2 is the first house on the corner right side.
By train:
The central train station "Hauptbahnhof Oldenburg(Oldb)" can be reached with IC and ICE trains, for example from Hannover, Hamburg or Bremen.
To get to the Hörzentrum from the central train station "Hauptbahnhof Oldenburg(Oldb)", you have the following possibilities:
- Take a taxi to "Hörzentrum, Marie-Curie-Str. 2 (Haus des Hörens)".
- Take bus number 310 from the omnibus station ("ZOB") located at the north side of the central train station. Alternatively, you can also catch this bus at the south side of the train station. So, either way you exit the train station, you will be heading in the right direction. Make sure you ride 310 towards "Wehnen" or "Famila-Center". Exit at the bus stop "Pophankenweg". Then cross the street onto Küpkersweg and take the next right onto Marie-Curie-Str. (about 2 min.). The Haus des Hörens, Marie-Curie-Str. 2, is the first house on the corner right side.
By bus from downtown:
Take bus number 310, for instance from the downtown stop "Lappan", towards "Wehnen" or "Famila-Center". Exit at the bus stop "Pophankenweg". Then cross the street onto Küpkersweg and take the next right onto
Marie-Curie-Str. (about 2 min.). The Haus des Hörens, Marie-Curie-Str.
2, is the first house on the corner right side.
